MY SEVEN-STEP HOME SELLING SERVICE
1. I will discuss what you can expect during the real estate transaction from the time we begin marketing your home, until the time we get an acceptable buyer contract on the home, and up to the day of closing.
2. I will create a Pricing Strategy for your home, based on what the real estate marketing is saying. The one important tool I use is the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), I also review the property records.
3. Home Showings will be monitored, and feedback collected.
4. Your property will be marketed online on my website, company website, and numerous other real estate websites. It will also be promoted on my blog. Your home will also have its own property website to give your home more exposure. Your property will be marketed offline as well, and an Open House Program will be applied to attract more potential buyers.
5. All offers will be presented to you. I will discuss the details of each offer with you.
6. I will coordinate the transaction up to the closing table. You will get a copy of all necessary documentation, and I will discuss any pertinent information with you.
7. I will assist with Closing, and check on service providers and make sure dates are met. I have a team working with me.
